I enjoyed this workshop, I can communicate well at work, on the phone, but not so much at home with husband and kids. I will use these tools to strengthen that.

The skills and values I learned will be important to me as I will be dealing with a large number of people. However, this workshop affects my life more by making sure that I live my life as a good human being to my family now and my future family. Thank you for teaching us the most valuable skills in life.

I really enjoyed this. I thought it was going to be depressing talking about mental health, depression, anxiety, and suicide, but it was much more than that. I found it very helpful.

Awesome. Excited to take the tools and utilize them at home and at work. Want to teach this to others. The instructor had the knowledge, combined with realistic examples and personality to make this a "fun", memorable and applicable learning experience.
