Andy Cornell

Organizational Development Consultant and Coach
Andy is a human development professional with experience in performance improvement and leadership development. He currently is the Organizational Learning and Development Consultant for Arapahoe County, focusing on leadership development, and learning initiatives across the organization. In addition, Andy currently serves as the Head Track & Field Coach at Englewood High School and has coached in various capacities at Englewood since 2003. A Colorado Native and a graduate of The Colorado College, Andy has strong ties to our community. He and his wife are nearing their tenth anniversary and are raising three busy kids. He loves the mission of CRE and enjoys serving on the board.

Janella Thaxton is the Senior Events Manager for MOPS International. She is a gatherer of people in her personal and professional life. This comes in handy as she manages the highly impactful annual MOPS mothering event, MOMcon. Janella and her husband, Rickey, live in Aurora Colorado where you will most likely find them serving others in their home or exploring the countryside on their Gold Wing Motorcycle.

Lauren's mission is to help people realize the best in themselves and how to put their “Inner Champion” into action!  Her list of accomplishments includes being an LPGA Tour winner, Colorado Golf Hall of Fame Person of the Year and Player of the Year, as well as co-founding the Great Girls & Golf Foundation. Lauren sees golf is a wonderful metaphor for life and business and loves to teach others how to tap into their hearts intelligence and its ability to maximize brain function, be aware of and able to shift one's emotional state, focus on what you want not what you don’t want, and have solid skills.

Nicole Hunt

Attorney At Law
Nicole Hunt is an attorney in Colorado. She received her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Westmont College.  She is an astute public policy advocate and has employed her talents to serve in various roles in Washington D.C. Some of her experiences include serving under the Attorney General and as a White House intern in the Office for Strategic Initiatives. Nicole and her husband Jeff are passionate about supporting family and practice modeling family first while raising their four beautiful children.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, and the Executive Director of Denver Family Institute, Jamie loves helping heal relationships and increasing systemic functioning professionally and personally through her support of The Center for Relationship Education. Jamie has served on the CRE Board since 2014.

Jean was educated as a nurse and has worked in public health for the past 20 years. She enjoys mentoring children and currently volunteers helping incarcerated women. Jean believes relationships are an integral part of life and working to make them the best brings better health, satisfaction, and richness to everyone. She has been married for 49 years and enjoys watching her eleven grandchildren grow and navigate life.
