Project Facilitator/Coordinator – Up2You Project
Reports to: Up2You Project Director
Up2You is a Project of The Center for Relationship Education (CRE), federally funded by FYSB (Family and Youth Services Bureau) and is designed to teach healthy relationship skills to youth in middle and high school.
As a member of the Up2You team, the Project Coordinator will help create, coordinate, implement and track project data and logistics. Additionally, as a Project Facilitator, this role will require delivering content from the REAL Essentials Advance curriculum to middle and high school students in Colorado.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate project logistics and data for efficient delivery of services.
- Assist with the creation of project documents and process manuals.
- Serve as facilitator to deliver curriculum to middle and high school students.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- High level facilitation, written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of federal grant operations
- Classroom teaching experience

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and tablets.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with some non-traditional work hours and occasional travel.
This job is dependent on availability of federal funds provided under the Up2You Project (2023-2026). Employee understands that this position may not be extended if federal funding is no longer extended to The Center for Relationship Education.
Expected Salary Range:
60,000 -$75,000 annually
