Curriculum Implementation Specialist

Reports to: Vice President 
Position Type: Full-Time Exempt, Salaried, Year-round 
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 
 

Position Summary 

The Curriculum Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in advancing The Center for Relationship Education’s mission by delivering engaging, evidence-based relationship education to youth and adults. This position serves as a forward-facing representative of CRE and will serve as facilitator of the REAL Essentials curriculum at partner schools and community sites, supporting training and certification events for educators, and maintaining program fidelity through accurate data collection and administrative excellence. 

This individual combines expert-level facilitation skills with a relational and organized approach. The role requires flexibility, comfort with travel, and the ability to represent CRE with professionalism and enthusiasm with students and educators in classroom, workshop, and training environments. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Workshop Facilitation (50%) 

  • Facilitate REAL Essentials curricula in school and community settings, both independently and alongside co-facilitators. 
  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate, and inclusive presentations to youth and adult audiences. 
  • Build positive rapport with students, educators, and site partners to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction. 
     

Certification Training (25%) 

  • Serve as a Master Trainer during REAL Essentials Certification Trainings for educators and professionals. 
  • Represent CRE as a subject matter expert, modeling best practices in facilitation and participant engagement. 
  • Support training logistics, materials preparation, and communication to ensure high-quality training experiences. 
     

Administrative Support (25%) 

  • Accurately record attendance, distribute materials and incentives, and maintain fidelity and data collection standards for CRE programs for youth. 
  • Provide administrative support between facilitation assignments, including survey processes, data entry, reporting, and sales support. 
  • Assist the program team as needed with operational needs that advance program delivery and participant success. 
  • Engage in pre, during and post preparation and wrap up activities for all program series, workshops and events. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in education, public health, social services, or a related field. 
  • Certified REAL Essentials Master Trainer or willingness to become certified within 30 days of hire. 
  • Expert-level facilitation and presentation skills with experience in classroom or group teaching. 
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with youth and adult audiences with warmth, authenticity, and professionalism. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Existing relationships with Colorado high school educators in health, family and consumer science, physical education, and/or leadership preferred. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems for data and communication.

Work Environment and Travel 

  • Role requires up to 25% overnight travel for facilitation and certification events. 
  • Regular daily travel to Denver Metro partner schools and community sites required. 
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary based on training and program schedules.
