An emergency responder’s role in the community is critical, and it’s critically important that responders are equipped with supportive interpersonal relationships. Thriving and healthy relationships help sustain us on the job and in life. To best be prepared to respond to others, take the time to respond to your relationships with proven skills for capitalizing on healthy connections among friends, family members, coworkers and romantic partners.
