1.) Go to chrome://plugins/ in your Chrome browser. This is the same as typing in a website address.
2.) Click the disable button under "Chrome PDF Viewer"
3.) Click the enable button under "Adobe Acrobat "
4.) Download the latest version of Adobe Reader at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
5.) Run the downloaded file and follow instructions for installation.
6.) Retry the session you are trying to view to confirm results, you may need to close Chrome and re-open it for the changes to take effect.
